CONSTITUTION: The respective pixels R, G, and B of the primary colors are formed in the same rectangular shape of 3:4 in longitudinal/lateral ratio, respective columns are arrayed closely in the same order so that alternate columns have the same array start point, and the start points of adjacent columns are shifted by a half as large as the length of the rectangle in the array direction, so that the luminance centers of respective patterns formed of respective adjacent pixels R, G, and B of the primary colors are at equal intervals. Consequently, the trio dot pitches of the primary colors become vertically and horizontally equal, and even while lines can be displayed longitudinally, laterally, and slantingly having the same thickness, so that high picture quality can be obtained.
