Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film obtained by containing a specific silica particle, having good transparency and slipperiness and free from causing lowering of quality even in recovery and reprocessing from the film. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic film containing 0.001-0.5wt.% silica particle substantially free from pore because of <0.1ml/g pore volume and having 0.1-0.5wt.% silica particle size. As the silica, a silica being >=90% in value defined by the following equation: ratio of area to circumscribed circle = (projected cross section of particle)/(area of circle circumscribed to projected cross section of particle) X 100% under observation at scanning type electron microscope is used. As the film, a film having a main component composed of ethylene terephthalate units is used.
