Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The sample container 2 which contains the sample 27 is installed on a sample table 1 which can be rotated by a main shaft 26. A cooling member 14 which forms the passage of the sample container is fixed to a protection cover 16 through a column 20 and installed nearby the container 2. Cold water 19 which is supplied from an unshown refrigerating machine circulates in the cooling member 14 through a heat insulation tube 18 and a nipple 17 to cool the lower part of the container 2. Then the cooling efficiency is excellent and the sample is easily replaced. The outside temperature is detected to control the cold insulation temperature of the sample 27 almost to its dew condensation temperature. Then the sample is prevented from becoming thin, vaporizing, and changing its quality owing to dew condensation.
