れて単動シリンダ26の下降時必要下降速度に応
じて各調整流量を流す複数の流量調整弁とを備え
た下降速度制御装置において、複数の流量調整弁
を1つのユニツトに収めてインラインで使用でき
るカートリツジ式圧力保償形のダウンコントロー
ルバルブユニツト14を構成し、このダウンコン
トロールバルブユニツト14に、単動シリンダ2
6の上昇作動時、少くとも最小調整流量の流量調
整弁を通ることなく油を単動シリンダ26側に流
すバイパス路31を設け、このバイパス路31に
単動シリンダ26の下降作動時バイパス路31を
閉塞するチエツク弁32を設けたことを特徴とす
