Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多数のＵコンタクトを備えたコネクタ基体
    とケーブルを保持するカバー組立体を有する高密
    度コネクタにおいて、前記カバー組立体が第１カ
    バーと第２カバーを含み、前記第１カバーは前記
    Ｕコンタクトを貫通させるコンタクト挿入穴を形
    成され、前記第２カバーは、その一端の近くまで
    長手方向に延びるスリツトとこのスリツトの両側
    に長手方向に延びる多数のコンタクトを受け凹み
    と前記スリツトの長手方向に対し横断方向に延び
    た、前記コンタクトを受け凹みと同数のケーブル
    保持溝を形成されていることを特徴とする高密度
    コネクタ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の高
    密度コネクタにおいて、前記第２カバーが長手方
    向の両端に段部を形成され、前記段部は、ケーブ
    ルの芯線が前記第２カバーの前記ケーブル保持溝
    に配置された状態で前記第１カバーと前記第２カ
    バーとの間に確実に保持されるような高さを有す
    ることを特徴とする高密度コネクタ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の高
    密度コネクタにおいて、前記第１カバーと前記第
    ２カバーが、それぞれ両端に係合突起を形成され
    、これらの係合突起は前記コネクタ基体の係合脚
    に係合して前記コネクタ基体と前記カバー組立体
    を結合することを特徴とする高密度コネクタ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第３項
    のいずれか一項に記載の高密度コネクタにおいて
    、前記第１カバーが、その長手方向に延びる隆起
    部を形成され、前記コネクタ基体は、前記カバー
    組立体と組み合わされる際に前記第１カバーの前
    記隆起部とかん合する凹部を形成されていること
    を特徴とする高密度コネクタ。
