図におけるＡ−Ａ断面によるルーフ構造説明断面
図である。第３図は、従来のルーフ構造説明断面
図であり、第４図は、制振材の剛性向上の為にリ
ブを形成した構造説明断面図である。 １，１′……ルーフパネル、２，２′……ヘツ
ドライニング、２ａ，２′ａ……ウレタンパツド
、２ｂ，２′ｂ……表皮、２ｃ，２′ｃ……接着
剤、３，３′……熱融着性制振材、４，４′……

Claims (1)
- ビードを形成したルーフパネルと、ウレタンパ
ツドに表皮を被覆し、裏面に接着剤を塗布したヘ
ツドライニングとよりなる貼付式のルーフ構造に
おいて、制振効果を得る為に熱融着性制振材がル
ーフパネルとヘツドライニング間に設けられ、ル
ーフパネルのビードが該当する熱融着性制振材上
に発泡体を載置し、熱融着性制振材を加熱するこ
とによつてルーフパネルに接着させると共に発泡
体がビード内に発泡充満し、発泡することにより
平滑になつた熱融着性制振材とヘツドライニング
とをそれに塗布された接着剤で接着したことを特
徴とするルーフ構造。
