  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 坩堝内で溶融させたシリコン材料を適宜引上
    げてシリコン単結晶を得、その後の坩堝内に生じ
    た残滓を吸引回収する装置において、 前記坩堝内の残滓を回収する回収容器と、該回
    収容器を収容し得、開閉可能な蓋体及び排気口を
    設けている密閉容器と、前記蓋体に貫設してある
    回収管とを備え、前記排気口から排気することに
    より回収管を通つた残滓が回収容器に回収される
    べく構成していることを特徴とするシリコン残滓
    回収装置。 ２ 前記回収容器と前記密閉容器との間に通気性
    を有する断熱材を配設している実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載したシリコン残滓回収装置。 ３ 前記密閉容器とその蓋体との間に、耐熱性と
    密閉性とを有するシール材を配設している実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載したシリコン残滓
    回収装置。
