択的に遮断することによりスイツチ動作を行なう
ようにした光スイツチ装置において、スリツトに
より画定された弾性変形可能な可動舌片を有した
基板を設け、光フアイバを前記基板上に前記スリ
ツトを跨いだ状態で固定すると共にこの光フアイ
バにこれを前記スリツトとの対応部分で切断する
ことによつて切断面を形成し、前記可動舌片の押
圧操作に伴う前記光フアイバの切断面の変位に応
じてその光フアイバの光路が遮断されるように構
成したことを特徴とする光スイツチ装置。 2 受光手段は、受光側基板上に光センサ膜を配
設して構成され、光フアイバは、その出力側端面
が上記センサ膜に熱溶着により接合されているこ
