を合成する合波素子と、 前記偏光分離素子と前記合波素子との間に第1
の導波路を介して接続され前記偏光分離素子で分
離された第1の偏光を前記第2の偏光に交換する
第1の偏光交換手断と、 前記第1の偏光交換手段と前記合波素子との間
に前記第1の導波路を介して接続され前記第1の
偏光交換手段の出力を制御する第1の光スイツチ
と、 前記偏光分離素子と前記合波素子との間に第2
の導波路を介して接続され前記偏光分離素子で分
離された第2の偏光を制御する第2の光スイツチ
と、 前記第2の光スイツチと前記合波素子との間に
