Claims (1)
- 一方の磁極面に磁電変換素子を取付けた永久磁
石または電磁石の側面に、上端が前記磁電変換素
子より所定寸法だけ上部に突出しかつ下端が前記
磁石より所定寸法だけ下部に突出するようにして
スペーサを取付け、該スペーサを伸縮性部材を介
在させて平坦なベース部材に取付けたセンサ機能
部と該センサ機能部の高さに対して負の公差の高
さを有するケースを具備し、前記センサ機能部を
前記ケースに収納し、前記ケースを前記ベース部
材に圧着した際に前記伸縮性部材が押圧されて圧
縮されるようにしたことを特徴とする磁気センサ
。
