Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment and to improve the quality of cast slab by arranging turnbuckles at the gaps between mold at long wall sides and at short wall sides to shift the mold frames at the short wall sides and positioning them through a distance piece. CONSTITUTION:One pair of the turnbuckles 8 are arranged at upper and lower positions of the short wall side core block 5 and their ends are connected by pin on the block face of the mold frame 2 at the short wall side. Further, the base end is fixed to a shaft part of tie-bolt 9 connecting the mold frame 1 at the long wall side. On the other side, the distance piece 10 is arranged at the gap between the supporting piece 11 of mold frame 1 and the block face of mold frame 2 to shift the mold frame 2 and execute the positioning. 替え装置を提供することにある。
