Claims (1)
- 基準ベースにその基準面から一定の距離を隔て
て高さセンサーを配置し、この高さセンサーの真
下に被測定物の鍔部に当接して前記高さセンサー
から被測定物の鍔部までの距離を測る側定子を上
下移動自在に配設した高さ測定装置において、前
記測定子に該測定子を上下移動から回転移動に換
える方向変換手段を設けたことを特徴とする高さ
測定装置。
