源からの光線を分割するビームスプリツタと、該
ビームスプリツタにより分割された一方の光量を
検出する手段とから成り、該検出手段により得ら
れた光量信号と比較電子回路により、前記光素子
の透過率を制御することによつて、光量を安定化
することを特徴とする光量安定化装置。 (2) 前記光素子が、電圧により偏光面が回転効
果を有する物質と偏光板とにより形成されたこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載
の光量安定化装置。 (3) 前記光素子が、磁気により偏光面が回転を
有する物質と偏光板とにより形成されたことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の光
量安定化装置。 (4) 前記光素子の制御電極のピツチが、使用す
る光ビーム径より大きいことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲の第1項ないし第3項の何れか
