旧/移行する為の相手先ファイルパラメータ7としてカ
ード入力したファイル名、ボリューム名の情報より領域
確保、削除及び退避/復旧/移行汎用ユーティリティ実
行JCL9の必要項目の内容を各種JCL自動作成8に
より編集出力する。
