Claims

A chevron-shaped flow control body is provided on the bottom wall of a square box-shaped plating tank in which a composite plating solution with a composite material dispersed therein is stored, and the flow control body is provided in the horizontal direction and continues in the vertical direction. A pair of squares between both vertical side walls of the plating tank, the upper end of which projects above the plating liquid, the lower end of which is separated from the bottom wall of the plating tank by a predetermined distance, and a slit window is bored in the upper part through which the plating liquid passes. A pair of propeller chambers are respectively formed between the pair of partition plates and both lateral side walls by arranging the partition plates facing each other at a predetermined distance from both lateral side walls of the plating tank. A composite plating device characterized by having rotating propellers arranged in both propeller chambers to stir a plating liquid.
