Claims (1)
と該排気熱交換器をバイパスするバイパス排気管
とを分岐構成し、その分岐部に切換バルブを設け
、該切換バルブをエンジン吸入管内負圧により作
動して切換作動させるバキユームアクチユエータ
を設けると共に、該バキユームアクチユエータへ
の吸入管内負圧の作用をオンオフ的に制御するソ
レノイドバルブを上記吸入管とバキユームアクチ
ユエータとを連通するバキユームパイプに設け、
切換バルブが排気熱交換器内を通る排気管を開と
している状態においてヒータコツクを開とした時
エンジン冷却後の冷却水が排気熱交換器内を流れ
る間に排気熱にて加熱された後ヒータコア部に至
りこゝで放熱して暖房を行つた上で再びエンジン
に流入する冷却水の暖房用循環回路と、切換バル
ブが排気熱交換器内を通る排気管を開としている
状態で上記ヒータコツクを閉とした時エンジン冷
却後の冷却水が排気熱交換器内にて排気熱で加熱
された後再びエンジンに流入する冷却水のエンジ
ン暖機促進用循環回路とを設け、且つ上記ソレノ
イドバルブへの通電制御を、エンジン暖機状態の
ときオンとなる低温スイツチ、エンジン冷却水が
高温となつたときオンとなる高温スイツチ、上記
ヒータコツクの開閉に基づきオン、オフ作動する
ヒータコツクスイツチおよびヒータブロアの作動
制御用ブロアスイツチにて行うようにした自動車
の排気熱利用式暖房装置において、上記バキユー
ムパイプに吸入管内圧力がバキユームアクチユエ
ータ内の圧力より高いとき及び低い場合でも両者
の圧力の絶対値の差が設定値以下となつたとき閉
となる圧力開閉弁を設けると共に、上記低温スイ
ツチがオフのとき作動するスイツチと、エンジン
吸気系内のスロツトルバルブの開度が設定値以上
となつたとき作動するスロツトル開度スイツチと
、エンジン回転数が設定値以上となつたとき作動
するエンジン回転スイツチとが共に作動したとき
上記ソレノイドバルブに信号を発し切換バルブを
バイパス排気管開の状態に切換保持させる制御回
路を設けたことを特徴とする自動車の排気熱利用
