Claims (1)
- レーザ発振器のレーザ媒質ガス循環系において
、レーザ媒質ガス中のフアン駆動用の駆動モータ
を圧力容器内に配置し、かつ前記フアンと前駆動
モータとを隔壁により仕切り、前記駆動モータ側
の室内の圧力を前記フアンの吐出物部圧力に対し
て同じか若干高めに保ちながら、前記駆動モータ
側の室内のガス流量を任意に変化させる手段を具
備したことを特徴とするレーザガス循環用モータ
保護装置。
