ロータ径方向の移動不能にそれぞれ介挿されると
ともに、該デイスクロータ外周側の端部から該デ
イスクロータに向かつて突き出して前記切欠内に
嵌め入れられるフツク部をそれぞれ有する一対の
シムと、 を備えたデイスクブレーキにおいて、 前記リターンスプリングを一本の線材を曲成す
ることにより略環状に形成するとともに、該リタ
ーンスプリングの略中心線上において互いに対向
する部分に互いに離隔する方向へ突き出す突出部
をそれぞれ一体に設け、該突出部を前記切欠の底
面と前記フツク部との間にそれぞれ嵌め入れるこ
とにより、該リターンスプリングを前記パツド間
に所定の予荷重が付与された状態で取り付けるよ
