タを狭圧することにより制動する一対のパツドと
、該一対のパツドを該デイスクロータの軸心と平
行な方向の移動可能に収容するパツド収容切欠を
有するトルクプレートとを備えたデイスクブレー
キにおいて、 前記パツドの前記デイスクロータの周方向と対
向する側端面に、該デイスクロータの略周方向に
おいて突き出し且つ該デイスクロータの径方向と
対向する両側面に突出端側へ向かう程互いに接近
する方向へ傾斜する一対のテーパ面を有し、前記
裏金および摩擦材から成る突出部を設ける一方、
前記パツド収容切欠の前記デイスクロータ周方向
と対向する側壁に、前記突出部が前記一対のテー
パ面においてテーパ嵌合させられる切欠を設け、
該突出部を構成する裏金および摩擦材を介して前
記パツドに生じた制動トルクを前記トルクプレー
トにて受け止めるようにしたことを特徴とするデ
