設されたピストンと、該ピストンに取り付けられ

の少なくとも一方に給排ポートと通じる主通路と
バイパス通路とが形成されたシリンダにおいて、
該ピストンには永久磁石を取り付け、該ピストン
ロツドを非磁性材でつくり、該ピストンロツドの
外側には永久磁石でつくられていて該主通路とシ
リンダ室との連通を絞るクツシヨンリングを同極
が該ピストンに取り付けられた永久磁石と向い合
うようにして移動可能に設け、該ピストンロツド
には磁性材でつくられていて該ピストンロツドに
関して該クツシヨンリングを位置決めする位置決
め部材を取り付けられたことを特徴とするクツシ
