Claims (1)
- 圧力流体の流入口１と流出口２とを開口させ、
且つ一部を拡径し、そこにばね３を収納し更に前
記流出口につながる流量調整弁４を経た圧力流体
の導入口５を設けるようにした弁室６と、頭部７
は前記拡径した弁室内に入り、前記流入口１との
間に可変オリフイスを構成するようにランド８設
けたピストン９とからなり、前記拡径した弁室内
へ導入した圧力と前記ばねの力は、前記流入口と
ランドで構成する可変オリフイスを開口する方向
にピストン頭部を付勢し、前記可変オリフイスを
経由して弁室内に入つた圧力流体のピストンへの
作用力と対抗することにより、前記流量調整弁４
前後の圧力差を一定に保つ圧力補償弁において、
流入口との間に可変オリフイスを構成するピスト
ンの前記ランドの端周面に複数個の円弧状の一定
幅の軸方向に沿つた溝を設けた事を特徴とする圧
力補償弁。
