Claims (1)
- バルブ本体内に圧力補償用のスプールを摺動自
在に設け、絞り穴出口を有するバネ室と入口側と
を該スプールにより仕切り、流体は前記入口側か
ら入つて流量設定用絞り部を介して該バネ室に入
り前記絞り穴出口を通つて排出され、かつ該スプ
ールが該バネ室に設けられたバネに抗して出口側
へ移動した場合に、スプール端部が前記絞り穴出
口を絞るようになつていることを特徴とする圧力
補償可能な流量調整弁。
