Claims (1)
- 表示パターンを内面に形成した陽極基板と、フ
イラメント、グリツド及び残留ガス吸着用のゲツ
タをマウントする金属電極とを透明導電膜を配設
したカバーガラスで封着して成る蛍光表示管にお
いて、ゲツタ容器の底部より溶接用に導出したタ
ブに一方向性を呈する形状記憶合金を使用し、透
明導電膜と外部引き出しリードの間とをゲツタ剤
の金属被膜で電気的に接続したことを特徴とする
蛍光表示管。
