Claims (1)
- １つの壁面がダイヤフラム４となつているケー
シング９に吸込側逆止弁１０を有する吸込み口７
と吐出側逆止弁５を有する吐出口６とを設け、前
記ダイヤフラム４をこれに連結したダイヤフラム
駆動子３の往復動で振動させることにより流体を
圧送する流体ポンプにおいて、ダイヤフラムを駆
動子３に圧電振動子１の一端部を連結し、この圧
電振動子１の他端部を支持してなる圧電ポンプ。
