- 流体吸込口と流体吐出口を備えたハウジング内
のポンプ室の少くとも一部の壁面を形成する圧電
振動子と、流体吸込口及び流体吐出口の各々に吸
入用逆止弁及び吐出用逆止弁を設けてなる振動子
ポンプにおいて、吸入用及び吐出用逆止弁に対向
する振動子上に、振動子の振動により逆止弁の弁
体を駆動する突起体を設けることを特徴とする振
動子ポンプ。
