Claims (1)
- 往復動ピストンにより液体を一定方向に吸入吐
出するポンプ部を液面下に設けると共に片持梁状
に支持された圧電振動子を液面より上方に設け、
該圧電振動子の振動端の運動を該液面を通して設
けたジヨイント部材によつて該ピストンに伝達す
るよう構成した圧電ポンプにおいて、該ジヨイン
ト部材が断面略円形の剛性棒状体からなり、その
一端が電気絶縁性の接手を介して該圧電振動子の
振動端に固着されると共にその他端が該振動端の
延長方向の液中に設けられた該ピストンに係合す
るように構成されたことを特徴とする圧電ポンプ
。
