Claims (1)
- 筒状物の内部の両端即ち上部及び下部に、弁を
有するダイヤフラムまたはベロウズ（蛇腹）を配
し、それらを管状物により連結し、管状物を往復
運動せしめうる動力機構例えばエアーシリンダー
、油圧シリンダー、電動往復機構等を付し、筒状
物の一端（下部）または全体を液中に浸し動力機
構により管状物を往復運動せしめる、即ちダイヤ
フラムまたはベロウズの内容積を増減せしめて液
体を移送するポンプ。
