面を形成させず、その全周面が受光および空気接
触が共に良好となる状態のもとに培養室内へ簡単
に収容せしめ、もつて菌糸育成の促進を図つて培
養容器の全周面が良好な発芽発生面となるよう培
養することができる椎茸等の食用キノコにおける
培養装置を提供しようとしたものであつて、以下
に本考案装置の構成を添附図面に示された好適な
一実施例について説明する。

付けるように鍔付保形筒6へ係合する係合部7a
を下端に設け、しかも上端には培養室A内に張り
渡された懸吊材8へ懸吊させるフツク7bを設け
た懸吊具7を介して培養室A内に収容される。し
たがつて、多数の培養容器1…は鍔付保形筒6に
係合された懸吊具7によつて培養室A内に多数張
り渡された懸吊材8に間隔をおき懸吊せしめたこ
とで培養基1の全周面を受光性および透気性に富
んだ発芽発生面に形成することができる。

の懸吊材8…へフツク7bを介し、順次間隔をお
き懸吊せしめる。

効面に形成せしめ従来の培養装置に見られる死面
の発生を皆無ならしめ、菌糸の育成を均等に促進
させ、培養容器1の全周面を発芽発生面として椎
茸等の食用キノコの増収を図ることができる許り
か、懸吊状態の培養容器1は懸吊材8に沿つて自
由に移動されたり或は自由に取付け、取外しがで
きるため培養管理作業を省力化のもとで容易に達
成できる外、数多くの培養容器1を培養室A内へ
収容して培養作業を能率的に行うことができる実
用上の効果を奏する。
