【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)薄板を供給する上下動可能な供給手段と、この供
給手段の上下動により供給手段から前記薄板を受け取り
可能で、かつ所定位置にて薄板を位置決めする平面移動
可能な位置決め手段と、この位置決め手段により位置決
めされた薄板に処理を施す処理手段と、この処理手段に
より処理された後、上下動により前記薄板を位置決め手
段から受け取る搬出手段と、前記供給手段から位置決め
手段に、あるいは位置決め手段から搬出手段へ前記薄板
を移送する移送手段とから成り、前記薄板が供給手段か
ら位置決め手段に移送可能なようあるいは位置決め手段
から搬出手段に移送可能なよう供給手段、搬出手段を上
下動させる駆動と移送手段の駆動とを同一駆動源により
行なうよう構成した薄板搬送位置決め装置。
