Claims (1)

記被加工物の筒状完成品の外形と対応した形状の
凹部を有し、この凹部に被加工物を押し込んで前
記芯金部材とともに被加工物を加圧することによ
り前記ありとあり溝とをあり差し部にして加締め
る上ダイおよび下ダイとを備えて構成された金型
装置において、前記下ダイを前記被加工物に対し
開閉自在な一対の分割型で構成し、この分割型を
前記上ダイとともに下降するカム部材により閉じ
させることを特徴とする金型装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項において、
前記芯金部材の外面には前記筒状完成品の内面に
内側に突出する凸部を成形するための凹部が設け
られ、この芯金部材は筒状完成品の軸方向に延び
る分割面で分割された一対の芯金半部材からなり
、この一対の芯金半部材は芯金部材の内部に挿入
された駆動カム棒により間隔が変更せしめられる
