Claims (1)
- 炉内に所定のガスを注入して所定の処理を行な
い、その後同ガスを炉外に排出する形式の熱処理
炉に、ガス貯留タンクを付設し、このガス貯留タ
ンクと前記熱処理炉とを２本のパイプで連絡し、
一方のパイプには、前記熱処理炉内のガスを吸引
しかつ圧縮してガス貯留タンクに導入するガス吸
引圧縮ポンプを介在させ、他方のパイプには開閉
弁を介在させたことを特徴とする熱処理炉におけ
るガス回収設備。
