Claims (1)
- 凍結食品を収容する真空容器と、該真空容器内
の空気を排除する真空ポンプと、上記真空容器内
に水蒸気を供給する加湿手段とを備えた真空解凍
装置に於いて、前記真空容器の底部にヒーターを
配設した貯水槽を設ける一方、該貯水槽内の水を
汲み上げ上記真空容器の内壁面に流水膜を形成す
る如く水を強制循環せしめる水流ポンプを設けた
事を特徴としてなる真空解凍装置。
