ついて、ゴム履物の底材の一実施例にっいて説明すると
、ラメ片1は0.5mm前後のものを3重量部使用して
おり、ゴム配合としては、ゴムに天然ゴム、スチレンブ
タジェンゴム、ポリブタノエンゴムの3種類を使用し、
ゴム100重量部に対して、充填剤に軽質炭酸カルシウ
ム70重量部とホワイトカーボン30重量部、硫黄2.
0重量部、促進剤1.8重量部、亜鉛華5.01!f1
部、ステアリン酸2.0重fi部、活性剤1.5重量部
等を使用し、オープンロールで混合練りし、カレンダー
ロールにおいて2〜51厚さでシーテイングと底意圧づ
けを行い、一定形状に裁断後、接着剤により胛被と貼り
合わせて、加硫缶において温度120℃前後で50〜6
