There are similar products for rubber products. Vulcanization of a color tone that can be balanced with the base rubber compound prepared in advance in a base rubber compound composed of a polymer rubber, a reinforcing agent, a filler, a softener, a vulcanizing agent, a vulcanization accelerator, an antioxidant, a coloring agent, etc. There is a vulcanized rubber having a spot or a streak pattern formed by mixing rubber particles. In a product manufactured by such a method, when the vulcanized rubber particles are added to and mixed with the base rubber compound, the vulcanized rubber particles have a base rubber compound. The shear causes the vulcanized rubber particles to collapse during kneading. Therefore, it is difficult to produce a product having a certain color tone. This tendency is particularly strong when kneading dark vulcanized rubber particles into a light-colored base rubber compound. In the case of vulcanized rubber particles, the light color is actually applied to the medium-dark base rubber compound. Is limited to the case where vulcanized rubber particles are mixed, and it is difficult to obtain a clear spot or a streak pattern.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, the above-mentioned problems can be solved by adding colored short fibers to a flooring made of at least one kind of natural rubber, synthetic rubber or a mixture thereof. By kneading the dark colored short fibers to the light-colored rubber composition, it has a clear spot pattern, and in the case of short fibers, at the time of kneading the rubber composition, it is not disintegrated by its share.
Therefore, it is possible to obtain a product in which the length of the kneading time does not affect the color tone fluctuation at all.

mm, the color fastness of the colored fiber is a dark-colored material that is colored with a dye having heat resistance to withstand a vulcanization temperature of 160 ° C. for 20 minutes and light fastness of a gray scale of 3 or more. After coloring, it is preferable to use a material which has been treated for antistatic. Further, it is preferable to use a fiber which has been subjected to a treatment for improving the adhesion to rubber.

The reason why the fiber length is limited to the above-mentioned range is that it is difficult to cut the fiber below the lower limit of the range, and the dispersion of the fiber becomes worse in the kneading step above the upper limit.

If the blending ratio of the fibers is lower than the lower limit of the above range, the number of spots is small and an intended pattern is not formed. Further, a spot pattern is sufficiently formed within the above upper limit range, and further inputting has no merit in terms of design and cost.

It was rolled and cut to a size of 4.0 mm. The unvulcanized sheet is press vulcanized at a vapor pressure of 6 kg / cm 2 for 8 minutes using a flooring preparation mold, and has a mold design on its surface, with light black spots or spots. A vulcanized rubber resembling a stone was obtained. After vulcanization was completed, the back surface was buffed to obtain a floor material.
