CONSTITUTION:A welt 3 is so set in the lower mold 8a of a metal mold 8 that one side of the welt 3 is disposed upside. The mold 8a and upper molds 8b, 8c are clamped. A product space R for a sealing lip 4 is obtained at the molds 8b, 8c. Then, a polyurethane 2-liquid type sealing lip material is charged in the space R through a gate, and the lip 4 is molded integrally with the welt 3 by reactive injection molding method (RIM molding method). Since the welt 3 and the lip 4 are bonded at the base of the lip 4, no step is generated on the sealing surface of the lip 4.
