Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 内部がフイルタ４により内槽５と外槽６と
に隔てられる２槽構造のハウジング１を備え、 前記内槽５を構成する前記ハウジング１の壁体
の上端面に、ミストを含んだガスの導入口７を形
成し、 前記外槽６を構成する前記ハウジング１の壁体
の下端面に、前記フイルタ４により分離されて前
記ミストからドレンとなつた液相成分の排出口８
を形成するとともに、該外槽６を構成する前記ハ
ウジング１の壁体の上部側面もしくは上端面に、
前記フイルタ４により分離されて気相成分のみと
なつたガスの排気口９を形成し、 前記フイルタ４およびハウジング１がフツ素樹
脂製であることを特徴とするガスセパレータ。 (2) 前記フイルタ４は、フツ素樹脂製フエルト
もしくはフツ素樹脂製フイルムにより構成される
とともに、フツ素樹脂製パンチング板により構成
されて前記ハウジング１に取り付け固定される支
持部材１０により支持補強される実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)項記載のガスセパレータ。
