基づいて上記第１または第２の制御手段のいずれ
かの機能を有効にする機能選択手段とを有したプ
リンタ制御装置において、プリンタに要する用紙
のサイズ、対象となるプリンタの解像度、バツフ
アメモリとして使用できる実装メモリの容量の各
項目に基づいて上記第２の制御手段を有効にし得
るか否かを判別する判別手段と、この判別手段が
上記第２の制御手段を有効にし得ないと判別した
