Claims (1)
主走査する主走査手段と、前記走査面を主走査方
向とほぼ直角な方向に相対的に移動させて副走査
する副走査手段とを有するレーザ光走査装置にお
いて、前記主走査手段を構成する光源装置が半導
体レーザ素子とコリメートレンズとこれらを収容
する保持部材とから成り、該保持部材が位置決め
基準を有する基板上に固定して一体化ユニツトに
なしたことを特徴とするレーザ光走査装置。 (2) 前記保持部材を固定した位置決め基準を有
する基板上にビーム整形光学系を設置・固定して
これらを一体化ユニツトになしたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のレーザ光
走査装置。 (3) 前記光源装置を構成する複数の半導体レー
ザ素子と、コリメートレンズと、該レーザ素子か
ら射出される複数の光ビームを集束させる偏光ビ
ームスプリツトとを、位置決め基準を有する基板
上に配設して、これらを一体化ユニツトになした
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
