、9は光検知器、11は有害光、12は偏光ビームスプ
リッタである。なお、図中の同一符号は同一または相当

偏光の光ビームを出射するレーザ光源と、ホログラムレ
ンズを複数個形成したホログラムディスクと、前記光ビ
ームを反射または透過して前記ホログラムディスクに入
射させる偏光ビームスプリッタと、前記走査面から散乱
された散乱光のみ受光する光検知器とを備えたことを特
