れた回転ミラー、同じ(周縁部に固着されたミラーを介
して上記回転ミラーに軸方向から入射するレーザ光を上
記ホログラムディスクの周縁に入射させて上記走査面を
レーザ光で走査し、走査面上に載置された物体面から反
射された散乱光を上記ホログラムレンズ、ミラーおよび
回転ミラーを介して集光レンズにより光検知器上に集光
し上記物体面に行されたバーコードを読取るように構成
されたホログラムスキャナにおいて、上記回転ミラーと
集光レンズとの間に所定の角度で固定された微小なミラ
ーを備え、この微小なミラーを介して上記回転ミネーに
軸方向からレーザ光を入射させる構成としたことを特徴
とするホログラムスキャナ。
