Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 所要の容量及び形状を有すると共に内部に
、圧力ガスの注排気の作用で溶湯の湯面を上下に
変動させる圧力殻体２及び注湯部３を有した圧力
式の注湯炉１に於いて、前記注湯部３に設けた取
付口４に、所要の傾斜角により両面に貫通した注
湯斜口６を有する注湯口金５を着脱自在に装着す
ることにより、溶湯の樋７内への落下位置を一定
にしたことを特徴とする加圧式自動注湯炉に於け
る注湯口の構造。 (2) 注湯斜口６の口径を、鋳造品別、シヨツト
レベルの高さ及び注湯時間帯との相乗によつて決
められた口径ごとに取替自在にしたことを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の注湯口
金。 (3) 注湯部３に比較的大きい口径で傾斜した取
付斜口１１を設けると共に該取付斜口１１に、鋳
造品別及び注湯時間帯との相乗によつて決められ
た注湯斜口６ａを有した実用新案登録請求の範囲
第２項記載の注湯口金。
