- 下部真空槽２内に収納された取鍋５の上端より
、排気ダクト４下端部が同等もしくは高い位置に
、排気ダクト４を下部真空槽２に設けるとともに
、該排気ダクト４上方位置から斜下へ直線状に、
上部と下部真空槽の分割面３を設けてなることを
