Claims (1)
- 下方に向けてストークを突設させた下鋳型取付
け用ダイベースの下側に溶湯保持炉を取付け、下
鋳型取付け用ダイベース上に下鋳型が取付けてあ
つて、この下鋳型にキヤビテイを備えた上鋳型を
合せ、溶湯保持炉内の溶湯を、ストークを通して
下鋳型の湯口蓋周りの湯道部から上鋳型のキヤビ
テイに充填するようにした低圧鋳造用鋳型におい
て、下鋳型に設けられた前記湯口蓋には、ストー
クの筒状中心と合致する位置に湯面検知確認孔を
形成し、下鋳型に合わされる上鋳型には、前記湯
口蓋の湯面検知確認孔を鋳造時に密閉するボスが
設けてあり、下鋳型に設けた湯口蓋の前記湯面検
知確認孔には、直線状に形成した湯面検知棒を通
すようになつていて、湯口蓋の湯面検知確認孔か
らストークの筒状中心に向け垂下する直線の湯面
検知棒と溶湯との電気的接触導通により、溶湯面
レベルを検知することを特徴とする低圧鋳造用鋳
型。
