とができると共に、カットする場合にも切り口が透明包
装フィルム2なので鋭くカットできる。また、透明包装
フィルム2を通してプレス成形するので海苔3がヒビ割
れしたり、あるいは皺が生ずることがない上に、シャリ
4を程良く締った状態に確実に握り固めることができる
ものである。更に、二度の成形で十分な脱気が行われる
ので保存性が良く、食べる時にも海苔3に手を触れずに
衛生的に食べることができる。更にまた、−口火若しく
は二日大の角形海苔巻寿司10なので容器に収納する場
