- ダイスの成形開孔の壁面と該成形開孔内に板材
を介して挿入されたポンチの表面との間で板材を
しごき加工する工具において、該ダイスの成形開
孔壁面に最大表面粗さ１μｍ以上の窒化チタン層
が形成されていることを特徴とする、しごき加工
用工具。
