【発明の詳細な説明】 (発明の目的) 本発明はベニヤレースにより切削された連続帯
状のベニヤ単板、若しくは原木の水割れにより一
部または全部が繊維方向に亘つて破断されている
ような、僅かに繋がつた連続状かまたは非連続状
のベニヤ単板を主たる対象にして、これをそのま
ま巻取用のリールに自動的に巻付けて太玉の巻玉
にしたものを一旦貯蔵棚に収納し、必要に応じて
これを取出して後段の処理装置、例えば切断機や
乾燥機へ連続的に巻戻して供給する際に使用され
る単板巻戻し機における自動繰出し装置に係るも
のであつて、その目的とする所は、この種の繊維
方向に亘つて大きな水割れを有する巻玉は、その
巻戻し作業の過程で搬出コンベア上へのベニヤ単
板の繰出し動作が頻繁に途絶することになるの
で、従来は常時作業員がその繰出し動作を監視す
ると共に、水割れによる破断の都度作業員が手作
業によつてこれを再度繰出していた、多数の作業
員を要し、工程能率も低位なものであつた難点を
払拭すべく、搬出コンベアと刺着ローラー等の支
持体を常時巻玉の外周部付近に追従接近させると
共に該搬出コンベア上に繰出されたベニヤ単板の
有無を常時単板検知器により検知していて、繰出
し動作の途絶の都度刺着ローラー等の繰出し機構
を一定時限巻玉の外周部に当接して、再度の自動
繰出し動作を繰返し実施できるように構成するこ
とによつて、無人運転による巻玉の自動巻戻し作
業を可能にしようとしたものである。

に、該支持体6に巻玉検知器7を架設して移動機
構8に接続したことと、前記搬出コンベア4上に
繰出されたベニヤ単板9の有無を検知して繰出し
動作が途絶した都度刺着ローラー5等を一定時限
巻玉1の外周部に当接して再度の繰出しを可能
に、該搬出コンベア4上に単板検知器10を架設
して前記刺着ローラー5等の作動機構11に時限
装置12を介して接続した単板巻戻し機における
自動繰出し装置である。

に移動機構8が巻玉検知器7により自動的に追従
制御されるものである。更にまた前記支持体6の
移動により巻玉1の外周部付近に到達した前記刺
着ローラー5等の繰出し機構は、搬出コンベア4
上に架設されている光電スイツチ等からなる単板
検知器10の発信する未だベニヤ単板9が搬出コ
ンベア4上に繰出されていない電気信号がタイマ
ー等の時限装置12を介して前記刺着ローラー5
等の繰出し機構を巻玉1側に当接するエアーシリ
ンダー等の作動機構11に伝えられてこれを一定
時限だけ発動するので、常時巻戻しコンベア3に
より回動を続けている巻玉1の単板先端部がその
時限の間に前記刺着ローラー5等の繰出し機構の
場所に回動して来てそこからベニヤ単板9が搬出
コンベア4上に強制的に繰出されるように装置さ
れているものである(第2図参照)。

大な難点を悉く払拭し得て、無人運転による巻玉
の自動巻戻し作業を始めて可能にした、実施効果
の極めて顕著な発明である。
