戻し位置にて回転自在に支承すると共に、この巻玉の下
部外周に巻戻し案内部材を囲巻、また上部巻戻し側にガ
イドコンベヤを当接させながら、巻玉の下部に当接する
巻戻しロールを駆動させ、これに同期して、巻玉の巻戻
し部のベニヤ単板へエヤーを供給させて、巻戻したベニ
ヤ単板を中継コンベヤへ移乗させることを特徴とするベ
ニヤ単板巻玉の巻戻し方法。 2、ベニヤ単板搬出側の始端を支点として終端を揺動自
在とした架台上の始端近傍に搬出コンベヤ、また終端近
傍に巻戻しロールを各々配置し、この巻戻しロールの両
側延長位置に立設されたリール支柱に巻玉のリールを支
承し、一方、このリール支柱のベニヤ単板搬出側へ突出
したガイドレールに巻玉に対して移動部材を進退自在に
配置し、この移動部材の前部には、ベニヤ単板搬出側の
上部外周に当接するガイドコンベヤと、エヤー導出案内
体が並設されると共に、また、移動部材の下部には、始
端部が前記架台上を摺動自在に配置された中継コンベヤ
の終端、並びに巻玉の下部外周を囲巻する無端状の巻戻
し案内部材が緊張支持される一方のプーリを各々支持し
、さらに、この巻戻し案内部材が緊張支持される他方の
プーリを、巻玉外周に対して揺動自在に配置したことを
特徴とするベニヤ単板巻玉の巻戻し方法。
