PURPOSE:To display the direction in which a tape starts to run by blinking a display lamp in directions of fast forwarding (FF)/rewinding (RW) and PLAY coincide with each other, but if the directions of FF/RW and PLAY differ from each other, display lamps of the respective directions are blinked or lighted on.
