It has vertical and horizontal grooves 8b, 8c at the front end of a, and a recess 9 having a horizontal lower surface 9a and a vertical rear surface 9b that are mutually inverted L-shaped is formed at the rear of the lower end of both sides, and at the rear end of the horizontal lower surface 9a. is further provided with an inclined surface 9c. A coil spring 10 and a ball 11 are housed in the hole 8a of the housing body 8. This storage body 8
When installing the storage body 8 from the front of the case 4,
Insert it with the top surface in close contact with the top plate part 5,
Relatively inwardly protruding portion 6c is formed into inclined surface 9c within recess 9.
It is inserted by the guidance of and brought into common contact with the horizontal lower surface 9a and the vertical rear surface 9b. As a result, the storage body 8 moves upwardly and downwardly due to its own slight elasticity.
and the inward protrusion 6b, and is positioned and attached in the front-rear direction by the abutment of the vertical rear surface 9b. In addition, when removing it, it is only necessary to press it from the rear, and the installation and removal work can be performed extremely easily with one touch. Further, the shape of the recess 9 is not limited to this, and the two planes 9a and 9b may have circular inner peripheral surfaces, for example, or may take various other shapes.

Four bifurcated sliding joints 24 are housed in c, and as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the actuating plate 25 is inserted into the central upper groove 23d by engaging the convex portions 23e and concave portions 25a of each other. and fixed with adhesive. Incidentally, the actuating plate 25 protrudes to the rear of the slider 23 as shown in FIG. The slider 23 is placed in advance on the upper surface of the board 21 so that the sliding contacts 24 press and clamp the terminal plates 22, respectively. Both sides of the top surface of 23 are restricted from contact by inward protrusions 6d to eliminate vertical play and can freely slide in the directions of arrows A and B in the figure.
The front protrusion 23a is located within the opening 27 to avoid interference with the substrate 21, and the engagement protrusion 12d of the lever 12 is engaged with the engagement hole 23b.

has. The cover body 26 has an opening 27 in the case 4.
After being inserted from below and the both side plate parts 26b are once elastically displaced inward, each engagement convex part 26f engages with the engagement recess 6e of the case 4 (at this time, the both side plate parts 2
6b is elastically displaced and returned), each convex portion 26c engages with an engagement recess 6h of the case 4, and each step portion 26d abuts the front end of the board 21 to be fixed and locked. As a result, the opening 27 is closed and hermetically sealed by the bottom plate 26a, thereby preventing flux and other dust that rises during soldering of the terminal board 22, which will be described later, from entering the case 4, thereby preventing contact failure, etc. Good contact function can be obtained.

It is fitted and positioned between the side plate portions 6 of the case 4 and fixed by bolts 41 inserted through the holes 32b and screw holes 5b. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, each pressing piece 37 of the double skeleton switch 34 is located on the extension line of the slider 23 in the sliding direction, and
are commonly spaced apart and facing each other. According to this interlocking arrangement method of both 23 and 34, the construction and assembly work are extremely simple, and by simply using the actuating plate 25, standard products can be used for both the lever switch 2 and the skeleton switch 34. Thus combination switch 1
is completed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the panel 42 has a pair of locking holes 42b and a pair of holes 42c on both sides of the groove 42a. Therefore, while inserting the tip of the lever 12 of the lever switch 1 into the groove 42a, each front protrusion 6j of the case 4 is inserted and locked into the locking hole 42b for positioning, and each mounting plate 7 is inserted into the panel 4.
2 and the back surface thereof, and the bolt 43 is inserted through the hole 42c and the screw hole 7a and tightened to be attached and fixed. At this time, the rear end of the bolt 43 is loosely fitted into the semicircular recess 26e of the cover body 26, so that problems such as interference with the cover body 26 do not occur. Also, there is a knob 4 at the tip of the lever 12.
4 are fitted and fixed. According to the above mounting structure, the panel 42 does not require any uneven parts for positioning, and it is sufficient to simply provide holes in the flat panel, and since the panel 42 side is particularly easy to process, the range of mounting applications for the switch 1 is wide, and The upper mounting process itself is easy, requiring only insertion, locking, and bolt tightening.

2c is engaged with the ball 11. Then, the slider 23 is slid by a predetermined distance in the direction of arrow A in the figure by engagement with the lever 12, and another predetermined contact switching is performed between the sliding contact 24 and the terminal plate 22. At this time, the actuating plate 25 comes into contact with each pressing piece 37 of the double skeleton switch 34 and similarly presses and displaces it in the direction of arrow A with the elastic displacement of its spring plate 38. When each pressing piece 37 is displaced by a certain amount or more, the reversing spring plate 39 is reversed, and the terminal plate 36a is elastically and rapidly rotated toward the other terminal plate 36b, so that both contacts are closed in a snap-like manner. In this way, the circuit of the printed circuit board 45 is switched, and the circuit of the double skeleton switch 34 is switched and closed.

At the same time, the actuating plate 25 also slides back away from the pressing piece 37, so that the pressing piece 37 also returns to its displacement, the reversing spring plate 39 is turned over again, and the terminal plates 36a, 36b are opened like a snap. In this way, the circuit on the printed circuit board 45 is switched back on and the circuit on the skeleton switch 34 is also switched on and back on.

Then, the slider 23 is further slid by a predetermined distance from the illustrated position in the direction of arrow B in the figure, and another contact switching is performed. In this case, the actuating plate 25 is only moved further away from the pressing piece 37, so that the circuit of the printed circuit board 45 is further switched, and the circuit of the skeleton switch 34 remains open.

ものである。 As described above, according to the lever switch of the present invention, the storage body can be moved vertically between the upper part of the inward protrusion and the top plate of the case by simply pushing the storage body while the inclined surface is guided by the inward protrusion. The position is regulated by the contact between the front part of the inwardly protruding part and the vertical part in the front-rear direction, so that it can be easily installed and fixed, and
This installation and fixation is done by the elasticity of the storage body, so the storage body will not fall out of the case during assembly work, for example, while installing the lever, making installation and removal operations extremely easy. This device has the advantage of being extremely simple in construction since it only requires a recessed portion in the storage body.

A storage body made of resin that stores coil springs and balls for use in the case, and is fitted into the upper plate of the case from the front of the case, and is fixed to the case by engaging the inward protrusion in the recess. When the storage body is inserted, the inclined surface is guided by the inward protrusion, and when the storage body is installed and fixed, the inward protrusion comes into contact with the vertical part, so that the storage body can be positioned. and the horizontal portion presses the inwardly protruding portion due to the elasticity of the storage body itself.
