Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the pulse switch of the present invention includes a box-shaped case having a radial unevenness on the bottom surface, a switch board made of an insulator attached to the opening of the case and having a contact point. , a switching plate having a similar radial unevenness opposite to the unevenness on the bottom of the case, and held inside the case so as to be rotatable within a regulated range, and a switching plate facing the bottom of the case and the switching plate a click spring that rotates the switching plate that is rotatably driven by an operating shaft and that is engaged with each of the radial uneven portions; A brush slides on the switch board as the switching board rotates, and slides into contact from an insulating part on the switch board to a contact point near the end of rotation of the switching board, and a protrusion of the click spring touches the contact point at the end of rotation of the switching board. When the switching plate is disengaged from the uneven portion, the switching plate is rotated back to the neutral position and the brush is brought into sliding contact with the contacts on the switch board and onto the insulating part. When the click spring crosses the convex part of the case, the brush attached to the switching plate slides over the contact on the switch board and enters the ON area of the contact, so the click spring crosses the convex part of the case. Since a force above a certain level is required to cross the convex part of the brush, the operating shaft is rotated with a force above the above certain level to increase the speed at which the brush enters the ON region to prevent chattering and to prevent the brush from rotating. Since the return to rotation is performed stably and quickly by the coil spring, chattering upon return to rotation is also prevented, and a pulse signal without chattering can be obtained.

Next, when the operating shaft 12 is further rotated, the switching plate 13 is further rotated by the convex portion 22 of the click spring 20, and comes into contact with the contact 23 of the brush 14 and the fixed contact 3 on the switch board 2, and the switch is turned on ( ON) state. Next, if you rotate the operating shaft 12 a little further,

As shown, the convex portion 21 of the click spring 20 is placed in the concave portion B of the concavo-convex portion 17 of the case 1, and the convex portion 22 is rotated by the return force of the coil spring 16 against the switching plate 13, and returns to the neutral position. , is press-fitted into the recess D of the uneven portion 18 of the switching plate 13.

Further, as mentioned above, the operating shaft 12 is connected to the coil spring 1.
It is necessary to rotate with a force greater than the sum of the return force acting on the switching plate 13 by the switch 6 and the engagement/disengagement force for engaging/disengaging the convex portion 21 of the click spring 20 from the concave portion A of the concave/convex portion 17 of the case 1. Further, when the contact 23 of the brush 14 is in contact with the fixed contact 3 (ON state), the convex portion 21 of the click spring 20 is connected to the concave and convex portion 1 of the case 1.
Since the convex portion 21 attempts to escape from the concave portion A of 7 and engage with the concave portion B, the force required to rotate the operating shaft 12 is due to the return force that causes the convex portion 21 to engage toward the concave portion B. The force that tries to unite is reduced. That is, when the operating shaft 12 is rotated with the same force, the switching plate 13 moves rapidly just before the ON state, so chattering when the switch is ON can be prevented.
When OFF, the switching plate 13 moves quickly due to the return force exerted on the switching plate 13 by the coil spring 16 and the force of the protrusion 22 of the click spring 20 trying to engage with the recess D of the uneven part 18 of the switching plate 13. Since the fixed contact 3 and the contact 23 are separated from each other, chattering is prevented from occurring when the switch is turned off.

Also, a click spring 2 that drives the switching plate 13 is provided.
Since the two convex portions 21 and 22 of 0 are provided on the same radiation and the convex portions 21 and 22 are made of a single piece of press, it is possible to manufacture the two convex portions with extremely small deviations and high precision. As a result, the deviation in the left-right operating angle of the switching plate 13 becomes extremely small, the timing of the click moderation of the switching plate and the case matches well, and a stable pulse signal can be obtained in both left-right rotation.

In addition, by attaching the click spring 20 to the drive plate 19, the fitting surface with the operating shaft 12 becomes wider, making it easier to thrust the operating shaft 12, and operating shafts such as pulse switches and push switches that require thrust action. It has the advantage that it can be easily connected to other objects (not shown).

In addition, in the above operation explanation, the rotation direction of the operating shaft 12 was explained only in one direction, but by rotating the operation shaft 12 in the opposite direction, a pulse is generated between the contact 24 of the brush 14 and the fixed contact 4 in the same operation. A size code can be generated.

Furthermore, when the above-mentioned pulse switch is turned ON, the convex part 21 of the click spring 20 is applied to the concave part B of the concave and convex part 17 of the case 1 by the rotational force of the operation shaft 12 and the convex part 21.
This is generated when the holder is rotated and engaged with the combined force of the force trying to engage the recess B, so it can be felt as an extremely clear feeling.

Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, since switching is performed at different contacts on the switch board depending on the direction of rotation of the operating shaft, direction discrimination and pulse signal generation can be performed with a simple structure. Therefore, since the switching plate returns to the neutral position, it is possible to provide a pulse switch with no shaft play, excellent moderation feel, and no chattering.

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A box-shaped case having radial unevenness on at least the bottom surface, a switch board made of an insulator attached to the opening of the case, and the unevenness on the bottom surface of the case. a switching plate having similar opposing radial uneven portions and held within the case so as to be rotatable within a range regulated by the case; and opposing radial uneven portions on the bottom surface of the case and on the switching plate; has a protrusion that engages with each of the
a click spring that is rotationally driven by an operating shaft and that rotates the switching plate that is engaged by the protrusion; and a brush that is attached to the switching plate and has contacts that slide on the switch board as the switching plate rotates. As the operation shaft further rotates at the end of the rotation of the switching plate, the concave part of the radial unevenness on the bottom of the case and the protrusion of the click spring disengage from the engaged state and try to engage with the adjacent concave part, A coil spring is attached to the switching plate such that when the concave portion of the radial uneven portion and the protrusion of the click spring are disengaged from each other, the end portion thereof contacts the case so as to rotate the switching plate back to the neutral position. , a fixed contact provided on the switch board so as to contact a contact point of the brush near the rotation end of the switching plate and sandwich the contact point when the switching plate is in a neutral position; , and a contactor that comes into sliding contact with the brush. (2) The pulse switch according to claim (1), characterized in that a click spring is attached to the drive plate mounted so as to co-rotate with respect to the operating shaft and move in the thrust direction. (3) A claim characterized in that the two elastic protrusions that engage with opposing radial irregularities on the bottom surface of the switch case and the switching plate have click springs formed by pressing in opposite directions from a single metal plate. The pulse switch described in item (1) or (2).
